If we want to lose weight and take care of our health, we only have to reduce the consumption of processed food and choose the foods that nourish our bodies.

The Fashion Boom: Eating Without Flour

It is from Eliana Flores, a fitness influencer who provides tips for a healthier life. These are two small rolls made with oatmeal and cornmeal, which you can use both for your snacks and for your main meals.

Oat Bread:

Ingredients:

  • -40 grams of oatmeal
  • -1 pinch of salt
  • -½ teaspoon baking powder
  • -A splash of water
  • -1 egg white
  • -Optional: sesame seeds

Procedure:

We mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add a splash of water so that it has a pasty consistency.

We beat the egg white to the point of snow and we incorporate it into the previous mixture, with enveloping movements.

Procedure:

Add the egg to the dry ingredients.

Mix well and it should be a firm consistency.

We form a bun.

We crush the bun between two sheets of plastic wrap so that a tortilla or disk is assembled.

We take it to the pan and cook on both sides.
